Bach Extrísimo Blanco Semi Dulce

Description

Wine that gave reputation to the winery. Its soft and slightly sweet palate marked an era and with it a precedent of quality sweet wines. White Bach Extrísimo Semi-dulce is made with Xarel·lo and Macabeo and its vinification is traditional: after de-stemming and pressing, the must is cooled and clarified, preparing it for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature for 7 or 10 days. The varieties are vinified separately and the coupage is harmonious.

Nose

Intense and lingering. A complex fruity and floral bouquet with hints of chamomile, acacia and honey. Rounded off with fine notes of wood and toffee.

Taste

Good entry on the palate, with volume and structure. A good sweet/tart balance. Faint woody hints. A robust mouthfeel with a long finish.

Palate

Rounded and sweet with flavours of candied fruits, honey with very creamy notes of American oak. A pleasant intense finish with hints of candied orange rind.

Color

Brilliance and clarity. A yellow color with golden hues.
