Her protection, along with the selected grapes’ flower must, bring about this fresh, fruity wine which we lightly sweeten with grape must. Authentic tears of the gods to bask in the magic of the Mediterranean.

Palate

On the palate, it is sugary, fresh and quite fruity.

Finish

Slightly tart finish with herbaceous recollections.

Lemon-yellow in colour with green-hued reflections
