Nose

It has a fruity aroma that reminds of figs, prunes and raisins. There are also balsamic (eucalyptus), aniseed, pepper, and black licorice aromas and a torrefaction background that comes from the aging in oak .

Taste

Good balance. Supple on the palate with slight astringency. What stands out is the personality of Cabernet. This wine will mature favorably and improve if left bottled.

Color

Intense cherry red color with ruby and clear crystalline tones.
