Description

Fruity, rich and elegant, Jura 15 Year Old Sherry Cask combines the characterful spirit made by the distillery’s tall stills with the vibrant, fruity qualities derived from maturing it in ex-bourbon casks, which was then followed by a finish in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks.

Nose

Opens with a mix of ripe stone fruit, including plum, apricot and white peach, before drifting into fig, lemon balm, honeyed cereal and dark chocolate.

Palate

Well-textured, with rich salted toffee, roasted pineapple, sultana and a touch of juicy forest fruit.

Finish

Aromatic citrus alongside ripe plum, dark chocolate and warming spice.
