Midori is not usually taken “straight”; it is generally used in a cocktail, e.g. the Japanese slipper, with lemonade, fresh lemon juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, or orange juice. Sour flavours are often combined with it to balance its sweetness

Made from a blend of Melon’s including the Yubari and Musk melons combined with Neutral spirits to enhance the natural flavours, melon distillate and Louis Royer Brandy to add depth and richness. Midori is that unexpected ingredient that delivers a truly great cocktail.
